    My daughter loved this small lake in University of Louisiana campus. Lovely place in the center of UL campus. There are aligators, turtules, birds, and fishes. Many swamp trees and plants. great place to relax.We saw turtles mating .It's safe and we can spend some quality and calm time ..it's pleasant place near to nature .Less than half a mile from main road.

    Gators!! We saw 3 alligators and one croc. We thought it was bull at first, but we found 3. All were hiding. Worth a stop for a short stroll around. Can use bathrooms in student union.
