    Super nice!!!
Exciting mountainous location with beautiful beach access. Many different rooms to choose from. With a lot of different options. Breakfast buffet on the beach is top notch. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful and very large resort. There is lots that you can do in here: swim at the beach or at their 3 pools, hike, water sports, diving and even play golf. There are many restos inside. Though the food is expensive, but it was good and the serving size is generous. Rooms are nice but the aircon does not keep the room cool enough to be comfortable.

    LONG READ AHEAD, HONEST OPINIONS.

LOCATION: Beautiful place. Good if you enjoy walks in nature surrounded by trees. The beach is wide, though would be better to have proper trash bins so that people aren't tempted to litter, since disposal is easier. The Italian Resto is pretty good, though we were disappointed since all salads were unavailable.

ROOMS: In general, I'd say the place is simply outdated. Good in general, liveable, nice to relax in, but if you look around you'll see small flaws like a rusty mirror, a large hole in the balcony table, slow water pressure, and malfunctioning showerheads. Also, we're disappointed with the outdated Smart TV in our room. It has Youtube but will not connect, and it occasionally lags/freezes that we have to uplug the TV to turn it off because it won't even turn off using the remote.

SERVICE: Could REALLY be better. Everyone is friendly, don't get me wrong. But efficiency must seriously be upgraded. We requested 6 towels for the family, it took 30 minutes to be delivered. A second batch of extra towels for us arrived for some reason even though they already were delivered. Then, we requested a few more towels the next day to replace our wet dirty ones; it took 2 HOURS before it was delivered.

We then also ate at the bamboo buffet building and called for pickup 2 TIMES, the vans never came. So we just walked back. Same thing happened when we called for pickup at our Cabana Room, the van did not show up. So we walked yet again. Very disappointed in this.

Lastly, the resort layout is a bit confusing if you've never been there. Proper signage would really help, especially that the staff don't offer a resort directory/map right at the gate or something.

AS A SUMMARY; personally, the 8k a night we paid for 6 heads did not seem worth it. Plus, you still must pay usually P750-1,500 a head for your 3 day meals, which we were not aware of. The main city is quite a drive away, maybe 15-20 mins, so sometimes you'll have no choice but to pay that for your meals. Anyways. We'd give the whole stay a 3/5. Probably will not reccomend or return.
