I am a current resident (5 yrs) and I have loved everything about it. From the newest manager, to Laura the assistant manager, the maintenance team at each property, to the amazing leasing agents. Daniel is the VIP of leasing agents. I have been in 3 different units and he is patient, kind, and HONEST lol. I am from New York City so these lofts are industrial and remind me of home. I wouln't live any place else in Dallas. If you want a loft, call them NOW!!!!!

Live here if you like to have your friends compliment you on how dope your apartment is.
We have a corner unit with a lot of windows which gives the place an awesome feel. Neighbors are dope and friendly for the most part. A lot of dogs. No one bothers you all that often.
Workers are dope. Stephanie has always been super helpful and friendly. Jaqueline was really awesome too when she filled in for Stephanie. Management seems alright too, but often have their hands tied by big brother hanging over them.
Cons:
old building comes with problems
-Random Leaks (happens about once a month)
-Neighbor smokes cigarettes and drafts over to us
-$600 Jan Electric bill due to old windows unable to be closed/apparently fixed
-Closets are cheaply built

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE:
From the moment she reached out i could tell leasing agent Morgan was not going to be very helpful. I inquired about Mid Elm and set up an appointment with her via email, she never once provided a phone number besides the main office. She suggests an earlier time for the appointment due to parking so I accept. Now its the day of and I'm running late, I cant find parking and of course the parking garage is full. And what do you know, I have no number from Morgan to contact her so all I can do is email. I let her know I'm late, then when I arrive at 11:30 she's nowhere to be found. Just completely left amd ghosted me, and has not even answered a phone call.pr email since. Suspicion confirmed, she is a terribly lazy leasing agent and you better not disturb HER time because it's VALUABLE. The funny thing is when I drove by Mid Elm to go to the public parking I saw her standing out front with a pissy look/body language, then literally 5 minutes later when I parked and walked the block there she was already gone. You do you queen, and good luck having any success in your life with that outlook
