The Davao City – UP Mindanao Sports Complex, albeit uncomplete at this stage, is really shaping up to become the premier destination for the City's sporting events.

The entire complex grounds is found within the University of the Philippines Mindanao campus, situated in Sitio Basak, Brgy. Mintal, Tugbok Distric5, Davao City, 8000.

It currently features a training gym, where the basketball, volleyball, table tennis, futsal, and badminton varsity teams of UP Mindanao currently train.

It also features a standard-sized, artificial-turf football field, reminiscent of the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex football field in Manila.

I have personally been here countless of times to watch different sporting events, such as the recently concluded DAVRAA 2019.

The entire project is really worthy of Davao city and its people.

A new sports facility in Davao City. Located in UP-Mindanao Campus in Mintal, the facility's Football field is FIFA-certified, the first in Mindanao. In addition to the huge football field is an aquatics center and a sports center for volleyball and basketball. The aquatics center although unfinished yet, is already usable and has been the venue for the recently concluded Palarong Pambansa 2019. Big part of the bleachers surrounding the football pitch is still under construction. The Sports Complex has been the venue for DAVRAA 2019 and the recently concluded Palarong Pambansa 2019.

I marked this 4 stars, the facility not yet finished. A sports complex with a big stadium, adjacent is the standard pool, a gymnasium, and other building to be built soon.
