The longest boulevard in Mindanao at 7.6km. Close to the longest in the Philippines at Camarines.
For me, this is the cleanest and safest place, even at night. It has many barb-q stands, fruit shakes, chicken, and soup station .
It is good for jogging in the morning and to get fresh air. Nearby, you can buy fresh fish catch from the fishermen's living nearby. There is a location where all the bancas are parked.
At night, the place is festive because people dine together or simply enjoy the cool breeze.
During power failure, people will flock the area to get the freeze air and avoid the heat without a fan or aircon at the house.
In summary, anytime of the day you will enjoy the place. It is a sanctuary, and her you find people bonding with their loved ones. 😍

When I'm in Dipolog, I never miss walking on the boulevard, especially in the early morning. It's a great sight to see many individuals fishing, and the breeze is refreshing. The long walk along the sea with the rising sun is simply wonderful.

This is a amazing and romantic place to relax. Seeing the sun set with the cool breeze of the water. Best time to come is the weekend as there is so much street vendors and the atmosphere is great
