The center promotes local artists. It's in Adams Morgan area of Washington, DC. It holds events from time to time when local artists can exhibit their artwork at the center. Finding parking near here is a little tough so perhaps used from public transportation to get there.

For a hyper local art experience, head to Adams Morgan. Here you'll find the DC Arts Center with a second-floor art gallery featuring local artists. Open Wednesday-Sunday from 2-7pm, plan on lunch or dinner nearby (Sharbat is a good option for Azerbaijani food) before seeing art. The gallery is in one main room and a small room in the back. There’s also a black box theatre!

The DC Arts Center is an incredible home for comedy shows, and is a top-spot for anyone looking to see improv and sketch comedy in DC.
