We just had a great 2 night stay at the Double Tree in Grand Junction Colorado! We had to come in to Grand Junction for medical activities. The hotel ultimately upgraded me to a junior suite (from my standard king bed reservation). This ended up being a blessing in disguise as it was very convenient to do post procedure walking around in the room!
The front desk team was awesome too! I did not get the customer service rep's name; she was on duty on 7 January at about 5pm. She went above and beyond to get us a wheel chair so as to more easily move from our car to the room.
The true home run was the breakfast team in the mornings! Nikki and Jill were so incredibly nice and helpful to get my wife's buffet breakfast packaged up so as to get it delivered up to my room. They even accessed a closed room so as to get some additional breakfast items so as to make the whole experience awesome. Afterwards, I came back down and had my breakfast in the dining room. Their service again proved to be top notch! What a treat to have such nice people there.

I just stayed one night while visiting friends in Grand Junction. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The hot cookies are a nice treat! The location is very convenient. As an older woman traveling alone I felt the area and hotel were safe. The room was lovely, like you'd expect from Hilton. Clean, comfortable beds, and a beautiful view. I'd definitely recommend. (There is a $12 fee to park your car, which I've never experienced. But my car was still there in the morning, which isn't always the case where I live in ABQ. So I'm not complaining.)

They were amazingly accommodating. My dad has been in the hospital and they gave us everything we needed. They even texted me each day to check on us. The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of housekeeping service. They were not attentive. We were out of shower gel the entire time we were there, even when we asked. We even caught them in the hall and asked for service and when we got back from the hospital late it wasn't clean. Which was disappointing. However the front desk and the management were amazing!
