Best one we’ve had in amongst 6 hotels we booked for the entire family tour last month. We had bit of a hiccup with the check in but could not fault the entire hotel experience just for that small thing.

From the doorman to bellman Joel, to buffet breakfast Ian & Eunice including the egg man hahhaa, to the cleaners Rene Boy and others sorry could not remember all your names. You all have been truly the best that made our stay a memorable one.

The staff have been an amazing part of our stay not to mention the convenience of having the mall attached to the hotel building which you do not need to walk out in the heat.

We had a total of 6 rooms booked and all were clean from sheets to towels (which I liked them all in white, I mean they’re really white), bathrooms and all corners and surfaces of the rooms. Each room was presented neat, tidy and this is the only shower I had barefoot in it.

The entire hotel may have aged but their maintenance was kept to hotel standard. Decent buffet breakfast although may have small variety but hey! who eats heavy breakfast? We must be missing the dried fish and “taho” cycles but they’re all available at the mall anyways.

Laundry is also a shirt walk out of the hotel with assistance in loading and transferring to tumble drying etc and all finished and folded when you come and collect.

Swimming pool is on the top floor, nothing fancy but not many swim probably better for them to stay at the mall. Close to many shops and restaurants and don’t forget to see the night life!

There is car parking but not sure where, didn’t see vallet parking. Wheelchair trail but it gets cut off when you go away from the building.

Just recommend for the booking/reservation team to coordinate with the check in staff to make sure guests are happy. People book early and sends you email for reason that they make sure they get what was confirmed to them.

My recent four-month stay at the Richmonde Hotel Eastwood was nothing short of exceptional. Having been a long-term guest, I can confidently say that this hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.
The service is truly outstanding. The entire staff is incredibly well-behaved and friendly, always greeting you with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. Their attentiveness made a huge difference during my extended stay, and I always felt valued as a guest.
One of the highlights of my mornings was the excellent breakfast. I regularly requested Indian breakfast options, and the kitchen staff consistently delivered delicious and authentic dishes. It was a wonderful touch that made my mornings feel more like home, and I was always impressed by the quality and taste of the food.
For my fitness routine, I made regular use of the hotel's gym and pool facilities. Both were well-maintained and clean, providing the perfect environment for me to stay active and fit. It was a great convenience to have these amenities readily available.
Overall, my experience at Richmonde Hotel Eastwood was truly great. The combination of excellent service, delicious food, top-notch facilities, and a friendly staff made my long-term stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether for a short visit or an extended stay.

Richmonde Hotel in Eastwood is our favorite hotel whenever we are in Manila. It's affordable yet elegant. The lobby is grand, the staff is polite especially those who take care of your luggage AND the Cafe staff are awesome! We love the location, it is a few steps away from the mall, supermarket, restaurants, bowling place, cinemas, karaoke spot, etc.

The only frustrating experience we had was that in our visit this June 2025, we unexpectedly arrived 3 hours early, and hoped that we could be accommodated for check in at exactly 2PM (hotel check in time). We've booked a week earlier. I had my elderly mom with me so from the time we arrived at the hotel (11AM), I followed up every hour consistently at the reception. At 2PM, still no room. I was dressed in a plain shirt and shorts with hair casually tied in a bun, like I had just come from the market. I thought that's why I wasn't given adequate attention, but then there's a well-dressed guest who was unhappy because she came in an hour earlier and still hadn't gotten a room. They finally gave her one 20 mins past 2PM. They gave us our room past 2:30PM. They receptionist might have been a new one or a trainee. If I didn't have a senior citizen with me, I would've been fine because the hotel lobby is a comfortable waiting area. But this delayed check in shouldn't happen, considering that they expect their guests to check out promptly.

Nonetheless, we will still keep coming back to the Richmonde Hotel-Eastwood because the good things greatly outweigh the not so good ones.😉
