We recently hosted my wife Cecilia’s 65th Birthday Sunset Soirée at our home in Palm City, and Elegant Events & Custom Catering made the evening truly unforgettable. With 45 guests, their team of five provided flawless service that allowed us to enjoy the night without worry.

From the start, Patrice Depino worked closely with Cecilia to curate a menu consistent with her heritage and personal taste, thoughtfully tailoring selections from their extensive offerings. The result was a beautifully balanced dining experience that delighted our guests. The passed hors d’oeuvres—from lobster bisque shooters and shrimp ceviche to gluten-free crab cakes and tuna tataki—set the tone for the evening. Guests also loved the chef-attended pasta and carving stations, while desserts like fresh fruit and brownies rounded out the celebration perfectly.

We especially appreciated the team’s attention to detail around food sensitivities. Several family members have gluten and seafood allergies, and Patrice, the chef, made sure everyone had safe, delicious options without ever feeling left out.

On the bar side, William Depino was exceptional—professional, and quick to anticipate what guests needed. He kept the drinks flowing and the mood light, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
