I booked Elite,Ease Luxury Car Services for tonite for a birthday celebration. Four Ladies. I found the service on an app called Bark. Wasn't sure if legit but it certainly was. But most important it was so last minute and undecisive. I Spoke to Zeynep . She was so nice, understanding and patient. She went out of her way helping me.
We got it done, the Driver Ali was early and communicated with me and the clients. Well they are at their first stop and they are happy with their driver. Definitely recommend this company. Wont be my last.

Five Stars All Around!
We flew in and needed airport transportation to our hotel. As someone not local, I relied on Google and contacted a few companies—but from the moment I connected with this EliteEase, I knew I was in great hands. The initial contact was exceptional! She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the process easy for me. With my hectic schedule, her follow-up texts were a lifesaver. She worked around our plans flawlessly, and the entire booking process felt effortless.
Our driver was in contact as soon as we landed, with a beautiful vehicle, clean, and comfortable, he met us right away, and gave us VIP treatment the entire time. He was incredibly patient, kind, and even stopped at a grocery store—then insisted on carrying all our bags like it was his mission. He was invisible but on top of everything—there exactly when we needed him. Even the hotel concierge and bellhop were impressed, saying, “Your driver is amazing!”
This was hands-down one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. The only thing I would’ve changed is I making more time to take advantage of their incredible service. Professional, personal, and absolutely first-class. I wish they were based near me in Northern California—I’d use them for everything. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I was so pleased with the level of service from EliteEase. Although I don't travel much these days, I do expect a certain level of comfort and professionalism. These guys at EliteEase far exceeded my expectations. I want to especially thank the owner, Cesar, for making my trip to Palm Springs so memorable. From booking the trip, to the drive there and back, perfect. On my next trip, I plan to use their service again!
