It’s never easy to find yourself in a position where you need Shannon’s services, but when that time comes, she is truly a godsend. Shannon has a remarkable gift — she combines deep professionalism with genuine compassion, guiding families through one of life’s hardest moments with grace, empathy, and care. She showed up for us in every possible way, taking the weight of planning a memorial service off our shoulders so we could focus on being with loved ones. Her warmth, attention to detail, and heartfelt presence made all the difference.
