Wejust had one of the most incredible dinner celebration hosted by Project Sol Flower at Love Pop Catering at Evolve! The food, the venue and the service were amazing. Thank you to Jeff and your staff for allowing Trevor into your kitchen (I know how hard that is to do) and working with him to create such amazing dishes! As a chef I love the creativity and personal touches that both of you brought to the meal .Thank you to Project Sol Flower for blessing Trevor I couldn't recommend Love Pop Catering at Evolve at MileHi Event Center more for whatever special event you have coming up.

Evolve at MileHi was the perfect venue for our wedding! We had about 90 guests- the space felt open and comfortable without ever feeling crowded or empty. The venue itself is so unique and required very little extra décor on our part. They provided their own tables and chairs in a variety of styles, and the combination of indoor and outdoor (including covered) areas made it easy to plan around unpredictable weather.
The staff went above and beyond—they were polite, observant, and always available without ever being intrusive. Jeff, the owner, was absolutely amazing to work with. He helped us find ways to make everything fit within our budget after our original venue fell through, which meant so much to us. I truly can not stress enough how wonderful he was to work with. His attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm to make our wedding perfect were unmatched.
We loved that there were no strict vendor requirements (aside from food), and being able to bring in our own alcohol was a huge plus. The bartending team helped us perfect my slightly complicated signature cocktail and made sure we tasted it the day of to confirm it was perfect—they really went out of their way for us. Parking was convenient both on- and off-street, and the location itself is fantastic.
I truly can’t recommend Evolve at MileHi enough. They made what could have been a stressful experience absolutely seamless, and our guests are still raving about how wonderful everything was. 10/10 venue!

Jeff and his crew are amazing! We had our wedding on January 24th and everything exceeded our expectations! The venue is exactly what we were looking for. It gives modern industrial farmhouse vibes which we loved! Brandi did our day of coordination and venue set up and she makes everything look incredible. LovePop has incredible food and I loved our seated small plate dinner. We had so many people compliment the quanity and quality of the food being the best they have experienced!
The only few hiccups I came across was not super quick responses during the beginning of the planning process which made me nervous at first but I understand it was busy season. Once we got to the month of, Jeff was very responsive. I also wanted to have the ceremony at the barn end of the outdoor area which is not how they normally set up. With it being January there was some ice and water pooled at the beginning of the isle which I was hoping to have it a little more cleared but they did an amazing job at accommodating, placing runners down and making sure we were able to make it work! Overall great people and wonderful experience!
