Great service. Great food. Great staff. After a previous caterer fell through, I saw Exquisite's name on a list of preferred vendors for Florida International University and gave them a call a week before my event. I'm so glad I did. The food was good (and plentiful). The event staff were kind, engaging, helpful, punctual, and focused on delivering a warm welcome for my guests. The sales staff were helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond to all my questions. Reasonable pricing, too. Highly recommend!

The food was excellent, and the team was truly exceptional—hands-on, attentive, and always willing to help. During the busiest moments, they even stepped in to support my team when they saw how crowded it was, which was greatly appreciated.

We had Exquisite cater our Corporate Holiday Lunch for 300. They did a fabulous job! Tristan and his team knew exactly what to do to set-up a flawless event. Everyone raved about the food. It was beautifully presented, kept hot and was delicious. We would definitely use them again and again.
