Excellent facility and hospitality.
Loved our entire stay. Stayed at pool villa 3rd floor, very spacious with 2 kids family specially with lovely balcony and high ceilings (3rd floor).
It was my daughter’s bday and piano night at Lobby. I asked Lobby manager Bryan Sotomayor, if something could be done, he reserved front table, provided us with a lovely candle and arranged to plan HBD on piano, all the guests joining to wish her birthday. Most memorable time of our trip 🙂

Location is not bad at all, 20 min drive to Old San Juan.

Stayed at the Fairmont El San Juan and had a genuinely great experience. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere feels upscale without the attitude, and the service is consistently strong. Housekeeping checks in twice a day, which keeps the room fresh, stocked, and taken care of without you needing to ask. Our favorite was Miss Mireya – she stood out immediately. Professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. She’s the kind of person who elevates a hotel on her own. The staff across the property are professional, kind, and friendly. Things get handled quickly, and you never feel like you’re bothering anyone. The pools are clean, the beach access is easy, and the lobby and common areas are well maintained. The live music in the evenings adds a nice touch and fits the vibe perfectly. Overall: excellent service, a comfortable stay, and a team that clearly cares. I’ll definitely come back.

Stayed here for my 18 year anniversary, and my wife and I loved the stay. I loved the look and feeling of the elegant lobby, it sets a great laid back and relax mood. The employee checking us in was super attentive and asked about us and reason for the stay. The pool was beautiful and the pool employees setup our chairs with towels and gifted us a cabana for our anniversary. The food… OMG, probably the best food I've eaten at a hotel, 2 thumbs up. Overall, super nice rooms, excellent customer service and delicious food. 10 out 10 highly recomend, will return soon.
