The mall located just by the Alabang Exit. Its a fairly famous local land mark thats currently regarded as the 6th largest mall in the country. Very spacious inside with a great outdoor river park area at the center. It houses almost all rhe stores that you would expect in a mall. One major thing I like here is that it doesnt get overly crowded, while it still does get a lot of foot traffic it doesnt get as cramped as the other famous SM malls.

Festival Alabang (also known as Festival Mall) is a large shopping mall owned and operated by Filinvest Land, Inc. It is located at Filinvest City in Alabang, Muntinlupa, the Philippines.
It opened on May 15, 1998. The mall is the sixth largest mall in the Philippines. Free Wi-Fi is available indoors, and in addition to a variety of shops, there are permanent events to see and enjoy.
Everyone can see families and young people gathering to relax and enjoy the night view at the Water Garden.
The night view of the Water Garden is captivating. However, the stagnant water is unclean and gives off a foul odor, so I wouldn't recommend getting too close.

The mall features two indoor amusement parks. as well as in-mall amusement rides such as Festival Grand Carousel, The Festival Grand Station, and Kiddo Driving School.
The movie theater is located inside the shopping mall. Additionally, it has seven anchor stores such as Robinsons Department Store, Handyman, Ace Hardware, Savemore Market, Shopwise, Automatic Centre and Landmark.

Completed in 2014, River Park is part of the mall's extensive renovation project. It features a walking path, restaurants, bike paths, shops, and and the Our Lady of Lourdes Church on the south bank of the river.
Landmark Alabang, in the east wing (formerly the expansion wing), opened on July, 2017, featuring a supermarket and food center, and a department store on October, 2017.

Festival Mall Alabang is one of the best malls in the south! It has everything you need — from great restaurants and cozy cafes to wide shopping options and entertainment spots. The place is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with lots of parking and friendly staff everywhere. I especially love the relaxing vibe with its indoor river and garden areas — perfect for families, couples, and friends to hang out. Definitely my go-to mall whenever I’m in Alabang!
