Been hearing about this place for a while now so I'm glad I finally got to try it! My partner and I celebrated my birthday and our engagement here! We got the 10-course tasting experience and we got here for our reservation at 630pm and let me tell you……. their website said the 10 course would be around 2 hours never would we have thought that we'd finish around 1030pm 😂😂 not an entirely bad thing though! Given if you're paying 7k+ per person, the experience was worth it. The portions were really just for a tasting course so don't expect much quantity. The service was great! They also take you around the restaurant as part of the experience too, with a little additional food and drink to taste. Would I recommend this place to celebrate any occasion? Definitely!
FYI- our initial reservation was for 8pm, but earlier that day, we wanted to change it to an earlier time. Their website said they didn't have any more available for an earlier slot. Fortunately, we decided to call instead and we got the 630pm!
Tip: plan your night well and expect your dinner to be at least 2 hours! 😂

One of best tasting menu we had.
The ambiance was perfect.
Servers were well knowledgeable with regards to the dishes they served.
We really had a great time. This is a must try for food lovers.
I cannot describe the dishes but they are all yummy! Explosion of flavors with each bite.

Gallery by Chele was an amazing experience! Truly one of a kind when it comes to fine dining and service. I went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was absolutely worth it. I loved the presentation, the background stories of the dishes, the creativity (especially how they used coconut in different ways across the menu), and the thoughtful cocktail pairings. Everything was so well explained and beautifully done. Super nice overall! Highly recommend going with the food and cocktail or wine pairing for the full experience. / 10 food tasting
Make sure you make a reservation for your table:) The place was very busy and crowded!
