They accept luggage storage. Rooms are decent, you get a keycard to access your room. You can hear the streets but not too much, bidet and hot shower is available. Wifi is accessed via codes you can get from the reception, but internet connection is pretty slow. Breakfast is free and it's a pretty balanced meal, you have rice, protein, and vegetables/fruits. There's always bread and jam and coffee available as well.
Location is very good! It's around 10-min walk going to Fort Pilar and very close to the jeepney terminals, and around a 10-min drive going to the airport.

Nice reception and welcoming. We arrived early from our flight and they checked us in earlier than expected. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and speak English. Better than expected for a 3 star hotel

The lobby is beautiful, and the staff are approachable. The buffet breakfast is good, although if you go past 9:00 AM, most of the food choices are already gone. I’m thankful because I originally booked a matrimonial room, but they allowed us to change it to a twin bed. We were assigned to Tower 2, 6th floor. There is a water refilling station on each floor, but the Wi-Fi signal is very weak—only one bar. The water pressure for both the shower and the toilet flush is also low. The location is convenient since it is in the downtown area.
