I most definitely recommend Grand Fiesta Americana in Oaxaca, the experience was fantastic. The service was beyond incredible, the hotel is beautifully designed with Oaxacan traditional touches, the room was modern and beautiful, fantastic bedding super comfortable, we loved everything about our stay. I really appreciated that when we arrived, the room was available to check in even though we were early. When our trip was over, the concierge called us a private driver who was there waiting when it was time to leave, and we relaxed in the lounge with a Starbucks drink until our airport transfer. The location was fabulous, near lots of restaurants and shopping. It's just the right location to relax after sightseeing, a quiet place to relax and get good sleep. I highly recommend and 10/10 would stay again.

I can't say enough about this lovely resort. Amazing lobby all decorated for day of dead. Ann is so helpful with everything from tours to finding pharmacy. And great location for parade.

A wonderful hotel with great staff. The location is right in front of a park and at night vendors set up. All we had to do is cross the street to grab some local eats and enjoy the evening with kids. Everything is within walking distance. It provided modern charm with old town history. Will definitely stay here again.
