We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service.
Starting from the front desk, Ms. Lauditta was very welcoming, professional, and helpful, making our check-in experience smooth and pleasant.
Special thanks as well to Mr. John, who was always available and willing to assist us whenever we needed help. His kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference in our stay.
Most especially, we would like to recognize George from Housekeeping (Level 16) for consistently keeping our room clean and well-maintained. He was always polite, friendly, and ensured our comfort throughout our stay.
Overall, the excellent service provided by the team made our stay memorable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the staff and would gladly recommend this hotel to others

Our stay at Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel was Amazing!
The staff is very kind and helpful. They gave us an early check in as well as upgraded our room and surprised us with a complimentary Honeymoon cake.
The hotel is very well located right opposite to the MRT which made commute very convenient.

I chose this hotel as I wanted easy access to the East Coast Parkway and good transport links to explore other parts of Singapore.
With a metro station right outside the front door plus bus stops, it was easy to get everywhere I wanted to visit.
It was also just a 15 minute walk to ECP.
What I only learned once I was there was how absolutely charming Joon Chiat Road is. Less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel and you are in an authentic neighbourhood full of local shops and eateries.
