The staff are all friendly and accommodating, especially Rex Anting, who has been consistently assisting us every time we check in. He’s professional, courteous, and genuinely makes our stay extra smooth every single time.

One of the things I love most is how clean and fresh-smelling their washrooms are. That’s super important for me. Their food is consistently amazing, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or cocktails at night. And major plus, the staff are so attentive. You don’t even have to ask for a water refill, they just know. There’s always a waiter on standby, ready to assist with a smile, which shows how well-trained and guest-focused they are.

Rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the wifi is fast, perfect for both work and relaxation. The location is also a big win. It’s just walking distance to the mall, gym, and there’s even a car wash right in front for extra convenience. Everything you need is literally a few steps away.

My filipino wife says the only way to survive Gensan and not go nuts is spend the days at SM mall and nights here! I prefer our little farm in the province but she has a point. If the dirt and noise of Gensan is too much come and relax here, everything is western standard, almost flawless place.
