Plus points
Great location, near strategic attractions. Between hakata and tenjin, and is walkable too to these places. The metro is also nearby with direct access to the airport. Convenience stores just around the corner.
Breakfast was also good with a wide choice of local selections.
One negative, only one lift was in operation, thus it can be a long wait at times…

My dad and I were very satisfied with our stay here. The location is excellent—right off the airport line. (Tip: transfer to the domestic terminal from the international terminal to avoid a 29-minute walk to the subway.)
There are several convenience stores within a 1-minute walk, including Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven. Plus, the original Ichiran Ramen (본점) is located right in front of the hotel!
If you’re feeling adventurous, you can walk to the pier—it’s about a 24-minute walk. My dad and I walked there and back, and it was a really nice experience.
When we checked out, the hotel staff even called a taxi for us. I can’t stop recommending this place!

Good location , I always stay here whenever I travel to Fukuoka , 3 times in this hotel , from exit 4 there is escalator and only 3 minutes walk , there are many convenience stores around the hotel , I like everything here , I will stay there again next year
