A tiny teeny room size in a very busy area, great location to stay which can direct you anywhere in Fukuoka. The service was beyond average and the price point is very competitive. Perfect for business and short term stay.

I have been there for 2 nights during 16–18 Apr 2025. My son was sick and got seizure at that time. Staff was very helpful especially Mr. KONDO. They assisted us to get my son on the ambulance and sent to the hospital. Nothing can describe my thanks to all of the staffs

My wife was able to book me in this hotel, but missed the part that the rooms she booked were smoking rooms. As a non smoker, we didnt appreciate the smell of smoke that stayed in the room. Even my night shirt smelled. But this was not the fault of the hotel, they couldnt give us a non smoking room anymore as it was really crazy that weekend with so many things happening in Fukuoka sports meets, summer festivals and of course the regular tourist crowds.
Overall if not for the smell, the hotel is great, a few steps away from Hakata train station and Hakata bus station. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey so we didnt partake.
