I'm at just about 200 nights this year which is typical for me and I've been traveling 20 years. I'm on my third night here and without exception the staff at this hotel and and the most hospitable and kindest I've ever come across and I say that with 20 years of travel and 200 nights a year.. I flagged this hotel for repeats when I return for customers in the area.. they've earned my business without question.. the rooms are clean, mostly up to date.. I did have a room change due to a TV issue. Not a big deal.. I highly recommend this place

We stayed for 3 nights February 2026. Our room received no housekeeping at all during this time. I know this has become the new normal but given the price I don't think zero housekeeping is reasonable. I did have to get a staff member to get me fresh towels. It's also unrealistic to expect that the tiny trash cans in the rooms will last Thu-Sun without overfilling.
We woke up at 2 am to water leaking through the ceiling of the bathroom into the tub. By the morning it had stopped. We notified the front desk and they said they'd get someone on it. I don't know if they ever did, but the problem didn't recur.
The indoor pool was *cold*. High 70s at best. Yikes. Fine for a quick dip I guess but not very enjoyable. The spa was out of order.
The bedding was fine. The room was clean. When we arrived, anyway. The staff were friendly and parking was easy.
The breakfast was.. ok. The staff struggled to keep up with the demand and the moment they brought out more of some things it was gone. We only tried one morning and couldn't get any biscuits, gravy, or orange juice.
All in all it was ho-hum. Just seems more ho-hum than what we'd expect given the brand and price point.

I booked to stay last night. Did the check in the night before to do contactless check in, it let me chose my room and said it was preparing room all that good stuff. Got off my 13hr shift went to the hotel and the digital key wasnt ready yet still, so I had to go to the check in desk. Of course there was a line to check in no biggie I waiting got up to the desk and still had to wait while the lady took calls first. When she finally got to me she said the reason my digital key wasnt working is because they no longer had the rooms I booked for. So at this point im frustrated and highly confused because not only did I do the check in online and it allowed me to chose the room but I had paid in advance days prior. She tells me that all they had available are queen's. I couldnt cancel my reservation because I paid in advance and it was non refundable and it was late at night so not only would I losing 160$ if I left but I would have nowhere else to stay so my only choice was to take the downgrade. Then she tells me to get the room I have to pay a 50$ deposit which makes zero sense because nowhere in anything of the stuff that I did prior did it say I was gonna have to and it didnt say I had to pay it when I was doing contact less. I wasnt able to get any money back for the difference in the room all I was told is I would have to call corporate because they cant help me at the hotel. I contact the thing through hilton honors and they said they wanted to call me they didnt call my phone instead called the hotel room and left a voicemail saying the front desk was calling about my complaint. So I went down and checked out early and asked. Once again was told they cant help me then was told there was only a 5$ difference anyway🤔 that queen room was not worth 160 let alone 155 "holiday" or not. I will never stay at a Hilton/hampton in again i thought with the the name things and the experience would have been way better!
