We spent a wonderful experience here. The service was satisfactory, and even the artists exceeded expectations.
The breakfast was really rich; perhaps there should have been more fruit and veggies. The dinner buffet was very pleasant and had a lot to offer.
Wherever we went, the personnel always made time to smile and say hello.
We also visited the sauna, which surprised us by being a real sauna.
NOTE
– The sauna heater has far too few sauna stones, which can be unsafe. The sauna heaters should be covered with stones so they are not visible.

We recently stayed at Henann Regency Resort and Spa and had a surprisingly enjoyable experience, even during a typhoon.

Although there were power fluctuations, the electricity was restored quickly, allowing us to continue enjoying our vacation with minimal disruption.

Our room was conveniently located near the Sea Breeze Café and just steps away from the beach, which made access to both food and the shore incredibly easy. The breakfast buffet included in our accommodation package offered a good variety of tasty food items, which was a great way to start each day. However, the view from our balcony was disappointing, especially considering the resort’s beachfront location.

The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, which added warmth to our stay. There was a moment of frustration when I had difficulty reaching the front desk, and the in-room amenities like the TV and phone felt outdated. The air conditioning also took a while to cool the room, possibly due to its age. There was no flat iron in the room, so I had to use their press service, which cost Php 50 per piece of clothing. We were offered a room transfer on our second day, but unfortunately, no follow-up was made.

The resort’s pools were well-maintained, potable water was readily available, and the overall environment felt safe and secure.

On the plus side, arranging shuttle and ferry transport was easy and cost around Php 800+ per person. It took us about an hour to reach the airport after checking out.

Despite a few hiccups, Henann Regency still delivered a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The property is getting little worn down needs a update soon. But its still a nice place to stay. Swimming pool is great with the swim up bar. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet needs help but many people seem to enjoy it. JP was our server most of the day's and always did a top notch job!!
