I had an excellent stay at Hilton Monterrey Valle. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

The hotel itself is beautiful and modern, with clean, well-designed rooms and great attention to detail. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything in the room felt fresh and well cared for. I also really enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge, a perfect spot to relax after a long day.

The location is fantastic, directly connected to the Galerías Valle Oriente shopping center, so dining and shopping are right at your doorstep. The on-site restaurant was excellent as well, offering quality food and great service.

Overall, Hilton Monterrey Valle exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monterrey.

Very nice hotel. Only a few years old. Can't walk anywhere…excect for the mall next to it (Valle Oriente). For a nicer mall, i d suggest Fashion Drive. Rhere is Camino Real hotels there. Red & Glass one. (Stay in rhe glass one). Safi x 2 is also great location. And connected to Metropolitan.

Extremely Disappointed Unexpected Experience at a Hilton

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Hilton. I have stayed at over 100 Hilton properties across the United States, and I can easily compare all my experiences. I have never encountered an issue like this before.

This hotel is elegant and visually impressive, but I was shocked to discover that there was no refrigerator or even a minibar in our room. I had to call the front desk and request one, which is something I’ve never had to do at any Hilton before.

The lack of a refrigerator is not the real problem the issue is that my wife works very hard to pump breast milk for our daughter, and we had no way to keep the milk cold during those first hours. Because of that, after just six hours, we were forced to throw away 16 ounces of breast milk, something extremely difficult to replace and truly heartbreaking for us.

This is the first Hilton hotel I have ever stayed at that did not provide a refrigerator, and as a Hilton Diamond member, I never expected something like this to happen. Knowing how much effort and time goes into pumping milk, this situation was completely unacceptable.

I sincerely hope the hotel takes this matter seriously so no other family has to go through this experience.
