Check in took about 20 mins, but once settled room was nice and spacious, full breakfast buffet was delicious and everything was fresh, staff were very friendly and helpful. Outside bar was nice and cool both day or night with live music and night. There were mosquitoes, mostly during my walk around of the property but repellent is provided if you check the front desk. Room service was a bit basic but the food from the restaurant, bar and buffet was better. Had the best bartender,Carlos, I asked for a couple olives and he brought out a small bowl! It made the rest of my night!

This was the last hotel we stayed at on our first time to Puerto Rico! This hotel had everything. The king's size room was very large. We had in ocean side room.
That we can practically walk to the pool. Also

I stayed at this hotel for a 5-night zumba retreat. The hotel is lovely and very clean. You can get a ride over to the golf resort that is beautiful and has a sushi restaurant as well as a pro shop stocked with a lot of men's golfwear.
The restaurants in the hotel were delicious and very generous with the food. Our room was clean, well-stocked, everything worked and the bathroom was inpectable.
I would definitely return to this hotel. It's perfect for a get-a-way or company retreat.
