    This is one of the most cleanest, professional, and upscale Hilton hotels I’ve been. It offer spa service which you have to book in advance. It is close to restaurants where you can walk to and from the hotel. Local ice cream store and in the hotel a bar and restaurant so if you do not want to leave.

    Negative parking is hard to find not sure where people park if they can’t find a spot. The pool should have adults hours 6 AM-8AM and 9pm-10pm or 8pm -10pm. I say this because literally the pool was packed with just kids over seven children. Not one adult in the pool. The pool is not long nor big enough to house that many kids and adults. Meaning adults can’t swim at peace. I booked this for the pool and spa, unfortunately I will not be able to use the pool due to the amount of children in the pool. They are jumping into the pool, splashing around just being kids which is not bad, however when you want to relax and swim you can’t. Then you have someone the hot top been in there since 6PM and stayed in there until closing. Sign states no children under 14 without adult. I don’t see enough adults to children. If they make an adult swim hour this could really bring even more customers in. I honestly can say this could be the first adult Hilton if they put policy’s in place that say no kids or teens in lobby past 7 or 8pm unless going to and from a vehicle or getting drinks for room. Since their is a bar and restaurant inside. Kids can eat with parents at restaurants, but kids should be not be playing ball in the lobby. Unfortunately staff can’t say anything, but if policy is in place then it makes it a little simpler. Th gym another feature I wanted to use was being used by teens maybe 14-16 years of age the whole time. I was disappointed with that as well. I just fell this should be adults only especially if we can’t get the pool. I drove three hours for a hotel room that I could have gotten closer and a spa that I could have did the same. Service was outstanding just some drawbacks.

    Check in process was wonderful, Elliot brought joy to my very tired self and really brightened my day. The other staff members I briefly interacted with were also really nice. Everyone had smiles on and were so positive which I appreciated. Lobby was lovely, hallways clean and the room spacious and very clean.

    The location of this hotel was perfect. Parking lot was well lit. Checking in was simple and easy. I did not appreciate having to pay for another parking pass, but that comes with the territory. The lobby was very interactive with a restaurant and business center located in the center of the building for your convenience.

    Staff were also very accommodating.

    If anyone is staying in the area, I would highly recommend this hotel.
