To get even the basic Wi-Fi service you needed to be a holiday rewards member everyone offers this basic service for free. The front desk people were always nice

The hotel itself was amazing. I went for my school trip and we had to sleep there overnight, the hotel was clean and nice. On the other hand the staff was rude and aggressive, this guy working at the desk (black, with locs. I’m also black soo..) he was being hostile towards my school who all they wanted to do was check in after wasting an hour extra just to get our room key, and we had a event we had yo go to before hand, he was also letting in other schools who came after us because they had a larger group. But overall it wasn’t too bad just staff needs to be more professional.

Booked a room on line got confirmation arrived and went to checking while checking in went thru the process employee brought my up my reservation asked me to put my credit card in then said sorry dont have any rooms. When I booked site said 3 rooms left. Dont understand why this happened.
I own a business in killeen and travel weekly from Dallas stay here often dont think I'll be back. Had issue with room previous week.
Went to Courtyard much better.
