We stayed at this hotel recently, and the experience was not as expected. At first glance, the bedding looked good, but overall the room was not very clean. On the Agoda listing, they mentioned that toiletries were provided, but when we arrived, there was only one “all-in-one” soap.
I have stayed at many other hotels for a similar price, and they always provided basic items like soap, shampoo, and bottled water. Compared to those places, this hotel did not meet the same standard. It would be better if they improved cleanliness and provided the amenities they advertise.

A budget option for hotel needs, but if you are looking for something a little more, this is not the place. Far from tourist areas, and places of interest, Small room, decent bed and TV. Bathroom is very small as well. The walls are pretty thin also, you can hear outside and between rooms…
Still though, this hotel provides convenience, but recommend staying no more than a few nights if you just need to pass by.

"Their reception service hardly lives up to the 'premier' label."
We arrived at the property around 10:00 PM on 17 October, carrying backpacks both front and back. Despite our visible presence, we were completely ignored—no greeting, no eye contact—from the two female receptionists on duty. Eventually I initiated contact by asking, “So whom shall I approach?” Only then did the Chinese receptionist acknowledge us. Meanwhile, the Indian receptionist distanced herself to the far end of the desk, displaying a lack of hospitality that made us feel unwelcome.
It is deeply disappointing when frontline staff fail to uphold the standards of their profession. Such conduct not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also undermines the values of service and respect. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve future guest experiences.
On a positive note, I wish to commend the housekeeping team and the Malay receptionist who assisted us with our luggage during checkout. Her attentiveness and warmth toward guests were exemplary and deserving of five stars. Unfortunately, the overall reception experience diminished the impression they worked hard to uphold.
The room itself was thoughtfully designed for short stays. However, it would benefit from added privacy features such as curtains or frosted film on the large windows—especially helpful in the morning—and attention to plumbing, as the basin’s wastewater discharge was not functioning optimally.
Due to Diwali holidays, we noticed an increased presence of migrant workers and transport vehicles in the area. They were often in large groups but were respectful and did not disturb tourists. As always, applying common sense and mutual respect goes a long way.
We also recommend exploring the nearby Airport Gateway and the scenic Geylang River walks—they’re well worth a visit.
