Stayed here during the stormy season so noted some small leakings on the AC and sink
But the staff was great in attending to these and offered to change rooms.
But place is just within the Kalye Crisologo area and they have good breakfast service

The lighting was dominated by grand chandeliers, radiating golden tones that filled the hall with warmth and sophistication. The intricate ceiling patterns, illuminated by these chandeliers, created an almost regal atmosphere, perfectly complementing the heritage-inspired setting. The soft wall sconces in the rooms added a more intimate, vintage feel, balancing historic with coziness.

Honestly the pics in the app we used to book were not good. But we got positively impressed that the building, the rooms are well maintained. To be a old colonial building it looks amazing.
The included breakfast was yummy…specially the Vigan longanisa.
Located near to everything and with friendly warm staff. Definitely I'd be back !!
