We had an event here last December 2025 — it was with 20 persons, for 2.5 days. In all, it was a great event.
Breakdown:
Ambience:
It has this cozy and chill vibe. It does not present itself as a "corporate type" of
place, which I personally like. That's just me though.
Room/Space:
We occupied their rooms A B and C. For 20 people, that was just enough if you intend an "intimate" or "classroom type" of event.
Room Ventilation:
This is the part where I was not that satisfied. They had ACs but it was not giving enough room coolness on the 1st day. So on the 2nd day, they had it cleaned (good initiative!). But it still didnt quite hit the intended coolness. It was just 28 to 29 deg celcius. I think it has something to do with the room design, or perhaps the ACs capacity or condition. Hopefully theyll address this. Good thing it was December, and the heat is tolerable from 1pm to 3pm. The trees outside also helped I guess. But this issue must be addressed, I think this will be a dealbreaker for most people.
Parking:
They are located at a two way alley, so street parking is not really an option. Their own parking space is quite limited. So at best you are limited to 2 or 3 cars. Best to just carpool or use GrabCar if you are a large group.
Food:
5/5. Reasonable price and quantity. Just the right amount of serving, and tastes pretty good. Their menu is reasonably varied.
Personnel:
All friendly and accomodating. What I like about them is that they are responsive to emails, texts, online meetings, and calls. In short, they are willing to use all forms of communication available in the modern world, which is sadly not a widespread mindset in the local businesses.
There will be hiccups and misunderstandings during the event preparation/negotation — but that is expected. Whats important is that both parties are responsive, reasonable, and flexible. And they are that. In short, madali silang kausap. They even gave us free brewed coffee (the initial agreement was just water).
So, in all, 4 stars. Yes, I'd do it again if it were just me — but they really need to addess the AC thing. But yeah, kudos guys. A lot of thanks for the stellar accomodation!
