Great to visit and learn about Ilocanos culture.You can buy souvenir from here that you cannot find in the market. Great for foreigners and locals.
A 4 minute walk from Myrna’s Transient House at # 20 Don Mauricio Castro Avenue. Laoag City. A great place stay when you’re on vacation.

For a glimpse into the culture and heritage of the northern Ilocano people, you should check out this museum. It's nearby the provincial Capitol and there's street parking available. There's an entrance fee of 50 I think.
The second floor exhibit provides you with a look into a traditional ilokano home and there's a souvenir shop just before you go out.

Ticket was PHP50 for tourist.
Small museum talking about history of Ilocos Norte. Good place to know a little more about the region, but don’t expect massive amount of information.
You will be able to cover the area within 30mins.
