Great hotel option in Shenzhen. While not located in the center of the city, it’s amongst key tourist attractions and it has a subway right outside the front door. Service is great, rooms are large and well equipped. There is multiple play areas for kids, indoor and outdoor pools along with a man made beach. Several dining options with great food. Highly recommend if heading to Shenzhen

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. There is a huge water park and playground. Room is spacious and clean. Thank you to the front desk staff, Jamison who had provided us welcoming service and smooth check in.

Awesome for families, close to the Window of the world, has a nice pool with an aqua park, the breakfast is good, the rooms are spacious.
The only negative thing about this hotel is huge queues at the breakfast to get a table. Sometimes up to 40 minutes. That’s a disaster…
