- 5.0/5:
A small museum located next to the River Ness in the centre of Inverness. Free admission, and you can easily spend about an hour exploring. It covers some Scottish history and local culture. The reception staff were very friendly and gave me a brief introduction when I arrived.

Very good audio visuals. Combining the old with the new inn a unique building. The Runrig room was a bonus as we saw them in Bristol in the late 90s.

Lovely place to spend an hour or two as part of a trip to Inverness.
Quiet location right in the centre of the city with a wide range of exhibits from natural history to ancient pottery finds.
Easy to get to, close to the river. Well worth a visit.
