We stayed here last Christmas and it was absolutely wonderful. We checked in smoothly and there is a staff thats going to help you carry your belongings. We stayed in the Standard deluxe room for 2 pax.

Upon entering,we are surprised with the huge room. There is a lot of cabinets for your things, the bathroom is big too(theres a bathtub,a shower area,2 sinks, 1 toilet.
There are complete complimentary bath essentials kits(shampoo soap etc).
There is a sofa too on the side of the bed.
They also have a working refrigerator!

The wifi is steady but there are times it doesn’t load much. Good thing that the cell service there is great(Globe).

There are some loose tiles that needs to be addressed since if your foot lands on it ,it will make a clink sound. Otherwise the room is very clean.
1 con I can think of is that the aircon that time in room 115 is not that cleaned since it blows a kulob air at times.

We enjoyed basking in the beach and slept really well in the room.
The bed has many pillows and sheets are cleaned.
The tv is working!!(a plus since a lot of hotels doesnt have working tv).

They provide complimentary water and you can refill it too!(so so niceee). They have french press coffee too.

The breakfast is scrumptious even if it has limited savory option for rice meals. The place is very well maintained.

There seems so much activity here and the staff is hospitable( they have steak nights etc).I would love to stay here again!!🤍

This place was an experiment for us. Super far from everything, including the noise of loud motorbikes. Good of you like to stay in one place and want peace from noise. We stayed two nights when one night would have been sufficient. Room cost was high, and not even for an over water bungalow. If you want an over water bungalow, they have 12 units available. You must call them to book. The over water bungalows are always booked, so they do not make them available online for booking. The beach is decent for the bay that the property is on. Water was clear and nice. The restaurant is pretty expensive and nothing too exciting. No problem, but you are stuck here and it's your only option, so if it is not to your liking then it's an issue. Staffs were all great. Included buffet breakfast was decent. Overall, a good getaway if you want to be away, but if you want to wander and see other stuff, eat outside, and be active, that's not really an option here. No elevator.

A lovely getaway that disconnects you from the city-life, and also the internet. Almost perfect if not for a few things. I would visit again 🙂

💸 Price: Stayed for two nights at the Casitas, their best rooms, for 15.5k per night which includes breakfast. Expect about +1k per person for dinner/lunch at their resto. Definitely 5-star hotel pricing.

👥 Service: Lovely and helpful staff, but they are clearly overworked and understaffed. Stayed from Sat-Mon, and experienced significant delays on bills after the meal (30min wait to pay), and room service (1hr delay in advance food order). We had to follow up 3-4 times which was painful to do 🥲 They are too busy to follow-through and deliver luxury. I hope they are at least getting paid well for their efforts.

📶 WiFi was not working. Call ahead and confirm if they've fixed it. The whole 3 days and 2 nights, we were making do with slow mobile-data. It would have been fine if there were a lot of activities/events. But from sunset to just before bed, we were struggling.

🍽 Food: Honestly amazing food. They have good selection from all things filipino, to pastas, burgers, and pizza. Enjoyed the seafood pasta, hawaiian pizza, and sinigang. Breakfast was buffet style and so-so selection. Soups were not hot enough, and the breads were so-so. Ala Carte is the way

🏖 Clear and pristine beach. Soft sand mixed in with smal corals, and lots of fish. Perfect for snorkeling which is what we did 2 days in a row. The pool is small and gets filled with kids fast. There are a lot of fun water activites present forda price 😀 bring goggles so you can snorkel for free.
