I already booked twice in this hotel in the last 2 months. So far both observations have been consistent. First, the securitu guard is very quick in helping you out as soon as you arrived in the parking spot, immediately opens the door for you and if you have luggages he will offer to carry it.
Second is the hotel staff, I don't know if is a rule for their employees but most of them if not all will greet you good morning/afternoon/evening when you pass by each other within the hotel. Very welcoming if you ask me.

Stayed overnight this July 17, 2025. Arrived late at 9:30pm. I asked the receptionist if I can request for an 1 hour extension since I arrived late and will check out July 18. Ms. Daphne insisted the hotel's strict policy that beyond 12nn,
Ma'am Rose, the manager, please be flexible sometimes.
