I was baffled because the room was vacant the day before our event but they would not allow us to start decorating without charging. So we waited until 8 AM on our event date. Don't fret because they'll provide the best support one could imagine on the day of your event. They are there to help with whatever you need. Nice people, fabulous service and a lovely clean space. The prices are very good as well. We booked "The Lonestar Room" and we are sharing photos below. On

As one of the only venues in the area with the ability to accommodate 500+ guests, most events at KCCC blend together aesthetically. However, the venue staff and booking coordinator worked with our team and local vendors to transform the venue to create an extraordinary experience! The rules are firm regarding alcohol, security, and general “extras”. But with their support, we were able to facilitate all of our expectations of this effort within their guidelines.
