The place is unlike the glorified, makeshift hotel wannabe venue like the others. Kim Garden pavilion holds a special place to me when it comes to venues even though this place isn't so "majestic" compared to others what makes it 5 star is the ease of doing business for the supplier. They don't have tedious rules that would limit a supplier's creativity. The place although seemingly old is still in good shape and amidst the competition Kim's garden is still standing strong, because you don't need a governor's coffers to set your event. Events place was wide. Parking would suffice if you dont have too many visitors. The event hall was like a covered court. There was a small generator in case of blackout. Restrooms are clean.
