Everything was overall good, and the best part I liked was that they are accepting deliveries when I couldn't be there to pick it up as I am away on another errand. The place is clean, the rooms are small but it was enough for me to sleep at night and place all my 3 big luggages in as I roam around the city. The staff greeted me warmly, and were very helpful during breakfast and concierge.
The staff were friendly, greeting me when we pass by the, I greet back and it's just a nice addition to the day.

The breakfast buffet is good and they replace the foods quick. I especially love the hot chocolate and the pineapples.

My concerns are on the room service. There were no bath towels available when I first arrived, and the hairdryer wasn't working. When I called to request for them, I had to follow up twice in a span of 30 minutes. I understand it might be because the room was fully booked so there might need to be a little effort to remind them every now and then. I was able to get the required services.

The rooms are always clean everytime I return from my errands which are very important for me as I feel more relaxed coming back to a clean room. They were careful not to disrupt any of my things while keeping everything clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service—especially from the staff and crew at their buffet restaurant.

From the moment I stepped in, the team greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were attentive without being intrusive, always ready to assist, and incredibly quick to respond to any request. The restaurant staff deserves special recognition—the way they handled every guest with patience, kindness, and professionalism was truly impressive.

The buffet selection was fantastic: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The servers special mention to “Carlo” constantly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, refilled drinks promptly, and “RJ” kept the dining area spotless despite the busy crowd. I noticed how dedicated “Missy” to her job. You can really feel that they love what they do.

Overall, my 2 nights stay was elevated by the warmth and dedication of the staff. Their excellent service made me feel valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not just comfort but an experience filled with genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We were greeted with a really long line upon check-in. Took almost 30 minutes before we got our room. Lobby was packed so it felt really chaotic.

Room was pretty decent. Though what i did not like was that towels were stored directly above the toilet. The remote was not working so we had it replaced. And there was no toothbrush. Pillows though were fluffy and bed was really comfortable.

I liked the free use of the sauna since this is a unique offering. However, the sauna (especially the floor) needs desperate cleaning. The floor was black and I was afraid it had molds. The locker/shower had a bit of a smell even if it was 7am in the morning.

Breakfast, on the other hand, was surprisingly good. Lots of choices and I particularly liked the sesame beef and the bacon.

Oh and there were 2 elevator units not working so it took us a looong time to go down for dinner.
