This hotel is amazing! Clean rooms, nice lobby and exceptional service! Especially the lady with orange/copper hair with sunglass and lady with long braids near pool area and beach side guys. They prepare your bed and chair immediately and set it up for you! They will take care of you and make you feel welcome! Breakfast is delicious and lobby area is so cooll to chill and relax! We stayed in several hotels in PR and this was the best one!

“Beautiful Property & Outstanding Service”

My husband and I were on our vacation/honeymoon, and when we first arrived at the resort, we were amazed by how beautiful the property was. What we didn’t expect was that our room would be located near the pool area, where the music was a bit loud and played nearly nonstop.

I spoke with “Yadiel the Manager on Duty, and he was absolutely outstanding—courteous, professional, and incredibly accommodating. He relocated us to a suite and even arranged a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake for me, since we were celebrating our vacation, honeymoon part II, and my birthday. From that moment forward, our experience was exceptional.

I’ve recommended this property to countless friends and family, and we will definitely be back for another visit.

We stayed in a room with the princess balcony overlooking the ocean. It was breathtaking and we got to hear the coquis at night for the ultimate island experience. Everyone in the hotel from the front desk, pool people and environmental services where outstanding and welcoming. Everywhere we went in the hotel, people greeted us. I was extremely impressed by the detail to attention. We will return! The Puerto Rican people are beautiful and welcoming as well. 🇵🇷♥️
