My recent stay at Le Charme was genuinely impressive. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made my visit relaxing from the moment I checked in. The staff were also consistently warm and attentive. One moment that really stood out was when a staff member saw me carrying several bags and immediately offered help. They assisted me all the way to the elevator and even offered to fill my tumbler with cold water from the hotel’s ice and water station in the hallway. It was a simple gesture, but it showed how thoughtful and caring their service truly is.

The location is also very convenient since it is close to restaurants, family-friendly spots, popular attractions around Subic and shopping outlets!! Considering the price, comfort, service, and convenience, Le Charme is definitely a hotel I would stay in again. I stayed for business but i end up feeling like I'm on a staycation and now it is easy to understand why many guests consider it one of the best hotels in Subic. Highly recommended.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and offers a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. We stayed here twice during our trip, and both experiences were excellent. The facilities are well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment that makes it a wonderful place to stay. My son especially enjoyed the bathtub and play area, which made our visit even more memorable. The employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing warm, attentive service that truly enhanced our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great ambiance and outstanding staff.

What truly stood out was the service; the staff was so attentive that they even offered to cook and serve dishes directly to our table when they felt we needed it. The food itself was delicious!
​For relaxation, the rooftop swimming pool is a stunning feature, perfectly positioned for enjoying the sunset.
​Finally, the staff—from the security and reception to the restaurant and housekeeping teams—were incredibly nice and polite. They are the heart of this hotel.
