It’s concerning that the most positive reviews for Limo Service Dallas are from over two years ago. Based on our recent experience, a fair rating would be 1 star or less.
First, the pricing is misleading. The initial quote doesn’t include a mandatory 20% gratuity, which they charge immediately after booking. The remaining balance is paid at pickup—via cash, Venmo, or card.
Even worse, we weren’t informed that Limo Service Dallas had other jobs scheduled during our reserved time. This led to our limo arriving over an hour late. Because of the delay, we had to pay extra for our babysitter since we couldn't get back home on time.
Overall, the service lacked professionalism, punctuality, and transparency. I would not recommend Limo Service Dallas to anyone who values reliable transportation and clear communication.
