One of the best hotels in China. Their service is at the highest level. The manager Ms. April helps and supports their guests in all questions. We are so happy to meet her by staying there. Her professional level gives us the chance to feel like we're home.
You find everything at the hotel for very comfortable accommodation: the most delicious restaurant, a good fitness gym and laundry.

Very nice Hotel, one of the best i stayed in so far. The price was decent for this five star hotel . I ordered executive room with benefits like free services in the hotel bar from 17:30-19:30 and it was well worth the money. Nice staff and clean room . Location was also very good with restaurants and bars around the neighborhood.
I will definitely book this hotel again 😃

Front desk and M&E staff is professional in their respective station.
Area for improvement:
Breakfast time table is not cleared in time causing guest to look around for seats.

Since my 1st visit in 2017 and up to now 4th visit his pleasant and can do without hesitation Attitude has made me feel welcome and wish to visit again…
Recap 1st visit helped to call Taxi, 2nd visit helped out on local delivery, calling taxi, 3rd helped to order food calling taxi because we are late for transport and even stop the transport for us when he saw us coming and transport is leaving and this visit still as cheerful and helpful. I say keep it up and give the man A Tiger (star in my country).
Hopefully I can give a full stars in my next visit.
