I applied for the second time to the lofts and was willing to take another chance on living here due to being previously disappointed from the experience I had with staff no longer employed here.

Maria C. The assistant property manager helped make my decision to come back and give them another try worth my while! She made the decision for me to give them another try and it being worth it! She has been a joy to work with and I would tell anyone go see her and she will be a tremendous help! She has been great with communication and has answered all of my questions in regards to the community and fees associated with move in. I’m excited to be apart of the community and its beautiful amenities and close proximity to the many locally owned businesses.

At the beginning we were very skeptical about moving in. Going based on the reviews it seem as it was the worst place you can rent. People forcing you into giving good reviews. I understand that they change management several times. I want to say that I been living here almost two months and the new management has been fantastic. At first we thought “ oh no, what did we get into as they were taking a little on our orders. TRUST them when they say they will get to it. They keep saying that they were busy and we were getting overwhelmed as aging were going base on the reviews. I’m glad we did waited. Management has made Lofts on Main a great place to be in. I feel they are really trying to revive this place. Starting with the gym they have nice cooling towels and water. All the equipment work great. The grills are amazing my family and I were able to enjoy them. Every morning that I go to business center I see Mat doing a run through making sure everything is nice and ready for the day. Trisha Mat and maintenance all the team has been very calm I’m assuming from all the things they been fixing. Thank you for all your hard work. If your still wondering… NO ONE FORCED ME INTO GIVING A REVIEW.

The front desk representative can sometimes come across as a bit abrupt and not very sincere, and the recent events haven’t really helped bring back the friendly community feeling we used to have. Ms. Maria, even with her other responsibilities, has been wonderful to talk to and is always willing to help — many of us really appreciate her genuine attitude.
