I've stayed at the Mulberry Suites Hotel on several occasions and have been highly impressed at their team's commitment to customer service. It starts with the staff that man's the doors and security. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to visit with. They make you feel like you are part of their group and on many occasions I've taken pictures with them. The floors are immaculate thanks to the "Spud Webb" of floor maintenance. You could eat off this floors. The desk staff is very helpful and took care of a wifi signal issue with professionalism. From the room service to the check in ease, the Mulberry Suites is an elite experience thanks to the people who make make the beds, it'a a championship team giving and championship effort! I appreciate that!

I stayed here last July 24 – 26, the room was okay, the comfort room doesn't have an exhaust fan and a bidet. business hotel but the wifi is terrible, they charge 25 php for a slipper, for the pool in house guest will still have to pay 150 php to use it, which is quite shocking for a business hotel, choices for the bfast buffet is limited. skip this hotel.

I hope for meals you will not only prepare coffee, you should have other options like hot chocolate, milo will do, or even tea. Do not assume that everybody drinks coffee. All else are good though. Thank you.
