My stay at Hilton Singapore Orchard was truly exceptional. The highlight was the outstanding service throughout the hotel, especially at the Executive Lounge. In the afternoon, Fairy and Trina made our visit memorable with their warm hospitality and attentive care. They created an experience that felt both personal and relaxing.
Breakfast was another standout. Dorothy and Jimmy ensured our mornings started perfectly — friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. Their service added a wonderful touch to the start of each day.
The hotel rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Orchard, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation.
Overall, Hilton Singapore Orchard delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. We look forward to returning on our next trip.

Our stay at Hilton Orchard Singapore was absolutely fantastic!!! The accommodation was wonderful for our eight (8) day stay. Take a look at the attached pictures. The "magic" service was there for all of our in room needs.
We definitely suggest the Executive Lounge for your stay! The breakfast, snacks and happy hour all were good. The food is exceptional. We must admit if you have a great staff the hotel experience will be great. But be prepared, the Executive Lounge staff will not let you do anything. The level of hospitality is unrivaled.
We would like to give the Executive Team a shout out and heartfelt kudos:
Fairy – for your kindness upon reception and always giving great recommendations to eat and welcoming us into the lounge.
Luqman – great conversations, upbeat persona, and authentic personality. Thank you again for telling us about New Year's Eve at Kallang Stadium.
Angie – such a beautiful and warm smile for breakfast! We thank you for everything and the extra care you provided.
Adam – gracious and friendly attitude for our first three (3) days of our stay.

My stayed was back in August last year. Thank you for recognizing me as a Gold member. I arrived a couple hours early and the staff let me checked in early and I received a nice view in my room, the room faced to Mandala Bay. The staff also read my note in my reservation. I got a surprised in my room, a mini birthday cake!! So happy to see that especially being far away from home. I really appreciated your kindness 🤗. Everything is a top notch.
