Very enjoyable stay here, service is very good. From the moment we walk in everyone is so friendly and helpful.
In the FLOW SPA Abny was so kind to advice me on a massage and Gina made it a very nice experience.
The breakfast buffet is perfect, variety of foods. Because it was sometimes very busy they did extend the time to eat, that was nice. Hotel is for me the perfect place to stay when visiting Manila.

The experience was 5 stars starting from start to finish. Their concierge service were all manned by very pleasant-looking people. Their service was exquisite! From JM Moran who offered to slice fruits for us while we were having a morning swim to the Spa, Gym and Pool manager, Paul who offered a complementary juice for me and my partner. Their service was fast, efficient and they had luxurious rooms as well, it was well worth the price! Not to mention the nice breakfast buffet with a variety of selections. Definitely a hotel we'd be returning to soon enough! 💯😉👌

We made a great choice spending New Year at Marcopolo Hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming from arrival to departure, from security and reception to the service team. The dinner and breakfast had a great variety and were really enjoyable. We loved the overall atmosphere and are already planning to come back. Thank you to the Marcopolo team for a memorable New Year stay.
