Jeff Lee and his team at Media Support Services are absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond to make our Customer Appreciation Event a success with over 200 customers in attendance. When the venue music suddenly didn't work, we didn't miss a beat because – Jeff stepped in and became the DJ for our event! That kind of quick thinking and commitment is truly over and above and shows remarkable dedication to his clients. The service was already professional and helpful in coordinating all our A/V equipment, but this just cemented our decision.
