Morgan and Haley went out of there way to make sure my wedding day vision was carried out as planned. I did not have a planner so I couldn’t have done it without them! They accommodated all of mine and my mom’s special requests, the day of staff were all super nice and helpful with any urgent needs (ie pinning the straps on my dress, getting me a bandaid when I cut my hand, etc.) Everyone liked the food and loved the cake. The decor was pristine. There is ample space for photos on the boardwalk and in front of the bridges. The ceremony space was magic. I would recommend them to anyone!

We used Mintahoe Catering for our wedding, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. The food was unbelievable, we’re still getting compliments from our guests months later! Everything was beautifully presented, perfectly timed, and so delicious.
Beyond that, the team was a dream to work with. Tammy and everyone at Mintahoe were so kind, organized, and attentive to every detail. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but they made the process feel so easy and enjoyable.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience, Mintahoe helped make our day unforgettable. Highly recommend them to any couple looking for amazing food and exceptional service!
