Due to the passing of my brother, I had to travel to the Philippines a week earlier than planned, which meant that we had to extend our stay at the Misibis Resort by a week. The hotel staff, led by Mr Roger, the hotel manager, fulfilled our expectations of what a holiday in a resort should be like. Our privacy and peaceful stay were of the utmost importance to us. Mr Roger made everything possible to ensure our stay was worthwhile, relaxing and memorable. The Misibis family, led by Mr Roger, catered to our every wish in terms of service and restaurant offerings, and served us dinner at the most romantic table settings, sometimes at the pool or on the terrace, making everything memorable and chic, which we loved.

We travel the world and Europe, and have stayed in private villas and hotels, but the memory of Misibis stayed with us. When some areas of the hotel weren't to our liking, changes were made to ensure that everything was to our liking, as in a 5-star hotel. I was surprised and grateful for Mr Roger's ability to assist and help us with every query we had.

Thank you to the manager of Misibis and the entire staff for a most memorable stay, with clean rooms, great food, and a relaxing week from 14th to 26th December 2025.

Our stay at Misibis Bay was a memorable experience and definitely worth the trip. The resort has a beautiful setting—white sand, calm waters, and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly puts you in vacation mode.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a relaxing view that added to the overall comfort. The pool areas were well-maintained, and we really enjoyed spending quiet afternoons there.

Overall, Misibis Bay is a great break from the city—perfect for families, couples, or anyone who wants a relaxing escape.

Our recent stay at Misibis Bay Resort was overall a great experience. The beach was beautiful, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service and food were both excellent. One of the highlights for us was the outdoor playground, which was a big hit.

However, there were a few things that could be improved. We found the rooms a bit underwhelming, and the pool and indoor playground didn’t quite meet our expectations. Despite that, the positives still outweighed the negatives.

One of the most memorable parts of the trip was the journey going to the resort — it added to the adventure and excitement of the vacation.

I would definitely recommend Misibis Bay to others looking for a beach getaway in Albay, especially for families and groups who value good service and beautiful surroundings.
